Low and Slow Pork Loin Ribs

Ingredients:

  1. 1 x Packet Low and Slow Loin ribs(readily spiced)
  2. 1 x Packet 200ml Sticky ribs BBQ Sauce

Method:

  1. Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
  2. Place loin ribs uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours.at 120 degrees.
  3. Wrap loin ribs in butcher paper or foil and return to the grid for 2 hours at 120 degrees celsius.
  4. Remove loin ribs from wrapping, baste with BBQ sauce and cook for a further hour whilst basting every few minutes.
  5. Remove from grid and serve immediately.
