Low and Slow Pork Cheeks

Ingredients:

  1. 1 x Packet Low and Slow Pork Cheeks (ready spiced)
  2. 100ml BBQ Sauce

Method:

  1. Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
  2. Place pork cheeks uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours at 120 degrees.
  3. Baste with BBQ Sauce.
  4. Cook until internal temperature reaches 89 degrees celsius.
