Low and Slow Pork Loin Ribs
Ingredients:
- 1 x Packet Low and Slow Loin ribs(readily spiced)
- 1 x Packet 200ml Sticky ribs BBQ Sauce
Method:
- Set up your Weber for indirect cooking at 120 degrees celsius, or if you are using a smoker or oven preheat to 120 degrees celsius.
- Place loin ribs uncovered onto the grid and cook for 3 hours.at 120 degrees.
- Wrap loin ribs in butcher paper or foil and return to the grid for 2 hours at 120 degrees celsius.
- Remove loin ribs from wrapping, baste with BBQ sauce and cook for a further hour whilst basting every few minutes.
- Remove from grid and serve immediately.
